Clear optics, great item, cheap pricetagSep 03, 2010 Sight was bought for my Tippmann A-5 and with the addition of a weaver mount offset rail, tightened on perfectly. This sight leaves nothing to be desired. Have played in rain, snow, and shine, and the optics are clear every time hands down. The switchable red/green dot with varying brightness is a great feature that I've used many times. I like the red dot for low light and the green dot for bright situations. Construction is quality and has actually been shot with paintballs before, but the lenses are staying put. I'd recommend some loctite blue to secure it to your weapon for permanent effect. Otherwise, a solid 5 star item!

Mounted on my WASR 10/63 AK!Aug 20, 2010 I mounted this on my WASR 10/63 AK-47. For the price, it's the BEST out there. Works great. A little scatter with the red dot after a 1000 rounds, but it's comparable to more expensive red dots when shooting 7.62! Buy it!
most excellentAug 16, 2010 it took a quite a few rounds thru my sig522 to get'er sighted in--no biggie, since the sig is a hoot to shoot, but once that was done, my accuracy improved dramatically...lol....didn't have binoculars or a scope, so had to wait for each break to check target for exact round placement....out of the box, it was way low, but centered left/right.....it was fun getting used to dialing in the elevation....it works great on a .22 rifle and well worth the price....

Good Sight, Great Value - Highly RecommendedAug 08, 2010 This UTG "Red\Green Dot Sight" works much better than I expected considering it is so inexpensive. The sight mounted with no problems on the Picatinny Rail of my 9mm Beretta CX4 and had the added advantage of allowing cowitness (where the "iron sights" and optics can be used at the same time, see picture in "Customer Images"). Here are my observations:
Pros -
+ Accurate; retained zero throughout my testing
+ Multiple Settings; Both the Red and Green dots have 5 brightness settings (but see "Cons" below)
+ Clear Optics; no noticeable distortion seen
Cons -
- Green Dot is almost useless in daylight
Misc -
* Includes two batteries, one is used in the scope and the other is a spare
Overall this a very good and affordable sight that improves the performance, and enjoyment, of my rifle.
Highly Recommended!

Get What You Pay ForAug 02, 2010 For the Price it is perfect. Not exactly top O' the Line quality. But couldn't ask for much more for the price. After about 200-300 rounds of 7.62 I actually watched the red dot loose some of it's sharpness. I have seen much more expensive models do it much faster and worse. It is still 100% completely functional, but as red dot scopes do...the light begins to scatter. But a great product none the less.
I notice this is now selling for just under 50$, I picked it up for about 28$.
